Steven King Jr.
Vice President/ Assistant District II Director
1.1 The President/District Director shall be the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer of the ONECA, presiding over all official meetings.
1.2 He shall have the authority to appoint all chairmen, all non-elected officers, and members to serve on Committees and Commissions, with consultation from the Executive Board.
1.3 He shall interpret the ONECA Constitution and his decision shall be final, except upon an objection being raised and sustained by a majority vote of the delegates to the Conference or the Executive Board.
1.4 He shall render a special report to each Conference on the current status of the ONECA including legislation, recommendations and resolutions enacted at the preceding Conference.
1.5 He shall call an annual Staff meeting.
1.6 He shall represent ONECA and perform other duties as required.

Lynn Worthy
9.1 He shall assist the ONECA President/District Director with all administrative matters.
9.2 He shall work with the ONECA President/District Director and the Eastern Region staff to update and reconcile Chapter and membership status reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities within the District.
9.3 He shall perform other duties as requested by the ONECA President/District Director.

Rufus Jones14.1 The Director of Educational Activities shall ensure that all chapters of ONECA are in compliance with all National Programs and Special Projects. He shall oversee and or advise on all Educational Activities for the District. Legal Counsel
Shawn Wooden10.1 The Legal Counsel for the ONECA shall serve as advisor to the President/District Director and the ONECA for legal matters, and shall render legal opinions at the request of the President/District Director.
10.2 He shall advise and participate in investigations as related to all legal and disciplinary matters within the ONECA.
Director of Conferences and Special Events

Brandon McGee16.1 The Director of Conferences shall oversee the location, preparation and planning of all ONECA staff meetings and District Conferences.
16.2 He shall have authority of delegating the responsibility of coordinating Special Events to a Special Events Coordinator. Examples of special events are listed: • Collegiate Scholars’ Bowl • Belford V. Lawson Oratorical Contest • Step shows • Miss Black & Gold Pageant
16.3 He shall prepare the conference agenda and coordinate all conference activities.
16.4 He shall perform other such duties as assigned by the President/District Director.
Director of Communications

Arthur Shurn6.1 The Director of Communications shall conduct the correspondence of ONECA as it relates to the routine affairs of the organization. He shall compile and keep a complete list of all Brothers, Chapters, and Committee Chairmen of ONECA.
6.2 He shall notify all officers, chapters and brothers of meetings and the President/District Director assist in making the official conference call, at least 120 days prior to each ONECA.
6.3 The Director of Communications shall develop or edit all ONECA publications sent to The Sphinx magazine or any other news media. He shall give publicity to the activities of the ONECA that warrant its best interest, in accordance with the will of the Officers. He shall edit the ONECA Newsletter with the assistance of the ONECA Secretary.
6.4 He shall coordinate with the Associate Editors to The Sphinx of each ONECA Chapter, to produce an ONECA Newsletter.
6.5 He shall perform other such duties as assigned by the President/District Director.
Director of Ritual & Protocol

Robert Ike15.1 The Director of Ritual & Protocol shall ensure that all aspects of the business of Alpha are done with the appropriate decorum, business etiquette and process. He shall oversee and advise all brothers of ONECA of proper protocol when necessary.
15.2 He shall perform other such duties as assigned by the President/District Director.
Treasurer
Marcus D. Allen
4.1 The Treasurer shall receive from the Financial Secretary all monies belonging to ONECA and deposit the same in the name of ONECA in a bank approved by the membership.
4.2 He shall make all check disbursements only when the appropriate ONECA official presents properly signed orders to him. All association checks must contain the signature of the Treasurer and Financial Secretary or ONECA District Director, provided the same two individuals have not signed the order.
Chaplain
Dr. Imo Imeh12.1 The Chaplain shall open and close each meeting with prayer, lead the ONECA in the Fraternity Prayer, and direct all devotional ceremonies. He shall direct the Brothers in a reverence for God and a Brotherhood among members. He shall minister to the general welfare of the Brotherhood.

Vince Jackson11.1 The Parliamentarian shall advise the presiding officer on matters of constitutional interpretation, procedure, and Newly Revised Robert’s Rules of Order.

13.1 The Sergeant-at-Arms shall ensure that order and decorum prevail at all meetings of the ONECA. He shall serve as doorkeeper and shall have the right to challenge those who wish to enter.

-Under the direction of the Director of Communications, he shall perform back-ups, modify permission and facilitate the migration of website releases from development to production. -Shall create and review standards for the website. -Shall coordinate all programming and enhancements of the website. -Shall integrate new technologies into the website as released. -Shall monitor and report site statistics and feedback, including content and functionality. -Shall coordinate posting of information (activities and events) with regard to the District, Region and General Organization.
